They feature the same 12-20 mil Armortec Plastisol coating over thicker Schedule 40 steel pipe as our U/2™ racks. This ensures maximum corrosion and impact-resistance, and helps protect bicycle finishes.
Vintage Racks™ were developed in response to urban planners' efforts to recreate historic streetscapes as counterpoints to the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Vintage Racks™ perfectly complement these restoration projects--both as decorative art pieces and as a meands to encrouage and accomodate eco-friendly transportation. Along with our Custom Insignia Racks™ and Heritage Racks™, Vintage Racks™ may qualify for "1% for Art" public funding. |
